This is a bridge that I found in Illinois over the Kankakee River. The bridge is out of order and it is closed , has been for some time. It is just one of those spots that I like to go and visit during the various seasons that we get to experience here in Indiana. I did take the barricades out of my painting so that you can cross over.

still trying to catch up on posting my paintings from last year...this one is called " the Warmth of Winter." ...the last few days it has been below 0 degrees. That is not warm in my book....Spring is a LONG way away......great weather to sit inside and paint.,..
