Oppz....I have not posted my new paintings for a while. I have been busy getting ready for 2 shows, had that eye surgery (that had me tied up for a while), opened up Studio2 and I ...don't remember what else. lol.

Girl with Orange Dress
watercolor
14" x 21"
cityscape
My girlfriend, MaryKay, who is also my student, saw this woman in Chicago. Each day she wore an orange dress with blue shoes. Then she would carry something in her hands. Once I believe it was a box, then another day a plate with something on it, one day a brick. She would just walk around downtown Chicago in this same orange dress and blue shoes. It turns out, after my friend approached and asked to talk with her that this was a class project and as she was walking, she was meditating about the item that she had in her hand. It was a mystery for a few days.....This is actually River Walk in Chicago.
