I was sent a set of 12 watercolors of a new brand of watercolors.  I have been playing around with them to see how I like them.  Been doing some color charts, etc.

Girl with Orange Dress

My girlfriend, MaryKay, who is also my student, saw this woman in Chicago.  Each day she wore an orange dress with blue shoes.  Then she would carry something in her hands.  Once I believe it was a box, then another day a plate with something on it, one day a brick. She would just walk around downtown Chicago in this same orange dress and blue shoes.  It turns out, after my friend approached and asked to talk with her that this was a class project and as she was walking, she was meditating about the item that she had in her hand.  It was a mystery for a few days.....This is actually River Walk in Chicago.

These are another flower that I have planted in my gardens.  They are growing on the lattice work of my gazebo.  Last Saturday I went and painted all of the lattice of the gazebo and the deck.  Now these flowers really stand out.  Enjoy and have a nice weekend.

Pink Magnolia
