watercolor 14" x 21" landscape It is amazing the subject matter that you can find one hour from home. Trying for mood here. I guess I was moody that day.
watercolor landscape 14" x 21" This is an area not to far from my home. I haven't been here in years. I had my dear hubby go with me. As I get older....I find it is best to go with someone. I will go back in the fall. Enjoy!
watercolor 14" x 21" landscape My adopted niece was with my niece in Ohio somewhere and they she took a photo of this bridge....well...here it kinda is with my artistic license applied. enjoy!!
watercolor 14" x 21" floral This is a DVD that I had shot a few years ago. I never really promoted it. I basically sold it to my students. But I thought....why not make it public to those who want to see how I paint and hopefully learn something from it.
The DVD was shot and edited by photographer, Mitch Brown from Iowa. It sells for $25 and shipping is $7. I take most forms of payment...even paypal. Hurry and get yours today.
watercolor 7" x 7" floral Continuing in the series... I framed these little ones up and they always look finished with the mat and frame on them. I was in Park Full of Art this past weekend and I won 2nd place in watercolor. yeah...sold the geranium painting and some others too. It was a great weekend.
watercolor 7" x 7" floral Still working in my 7 x 7 format....framed to 12 x 12. I am getting ready for a show this weekend....Park Full of Art~Griffith Central Park~ Griffith, IN July 20 & 21~ 10-5 both days, plenty of art, food to eat, free admission, great play ground if you have kids or if you are a big kid at heart. Plenty of shade....this is the only outdoor fair that I do any more. Hope to see you there.
watercolor 7" x 7" floral Ok, enough sunflowers....but still I'm in my garden....it is time to paint the geraniums. Unfortunately, my Martha Washington geraniums are not doing well at all. The others are doing great. Note to sell.....No Marthas next year.
watercolor 7" x 7" floral I think this is the last in the sunflower series...now onto another flower. Hope you have enjoyed these paintings. I had fun painting in this square format.
This started out as a challenge for the Daily Paintworks online group that I belong to. Then I just kept painting away all night/am. Had so much fun playing with colors and shapes.
