Splashes of Chicago II

watercolor
14" x 21"
cityscape

This is a very common scene in Chicago.  Even though it was a challenge to paint, it still was fun.  Enjoy!!

Hi Kathy, I admire the shadows in your watercolor, they produce a real tridimensional effect.
I think I watched this scene in movies many times, but without snow. By the way, I still hurts the snowball you threw me.MPDR.

Julian...I think you would see a scene like this in a car chase. lol. Sorry I threw such a hard snow ball at you. lol. We had about 5" this whole season until last night. We had about 3" so that meant shoveling...now you know why I keep Tim around. MPDR. Glad you like the painting :)
