Chicago Light House

watercolor 14 x 21

We are back at Navy Pier but this time we are sitting and looking at the light house. I would love to go into a light house and see what they look like from the inside. Like I said...there is so much to see and do at the Pier!!!

I see that is a beautiful dock's scene, with a very nice colors, probably I'll have to paint one like this only for bothering you. MPDR.
Well, Kathy, I beg perdon you for my silliness, but I have another question: how do you get to sign with white color?

Hi Julian, I just finished a little painting and photographed my demos that I did for my students this week. I will be posting them so keep coming back even if it is just to pick on me. I love your silliness and I hope you enjoy mine too. I finally found this way to sign in white. I used to use white opaque paint, but I found this white pen. I have tried various ones, but none were as permanent and consistant as this one. It is by Uni ball called signo. I found it in my friend's scrapbook store. Do they have these in spain? If not, I will send you one. I will put it on one of my chicago boats and get it right out to you. MPDR They also have them in gold, silver, red and blue. When you paint your lighthouse scene, leave out the eggs. MPDR

Thanks Kathy you don't need send to me a boat with the pen. MPDR. Luckily,I think the Uni ball pen there is in Spain. The spanish people are poor-thanks to our President Zapatero- but I think if I sell my shares at stock exchange I could buy a pen. MPDR.
And now seriously, thanks Kathy for your information. You are so kind as usual.
