Picasso's Gift to Chicago

This is a really neat sculpture that Picasso donated to the city of Chicago. The steel for it was made at US steel in Gary. This is a fun area to visit. They some times "dress" the statue up for sport occasions, and holidays. A must see if you come to this city.

Nice work to capture the place! I've visited it many times when I was a student in Purdue, and it's making me nostalgic...

Thanks so much Arena. It is a cool place to go...Chicago is great to go anytime of the day or night. I was a student at the American Academy of Art in Chgo. I did teach at Purdue Calumet. Have a great day!!
