Park Yourself and Have Something to Eat!

watercolor 14 x 21

We are back in Chicago today and this time we are taking time to eat under the umbrellas. I wanted to run up to the city this past Sunday to take more photos, but I like sunny days so that I can get nice shapes and shadows. Maybe next Sunday it will be sunny.
Enjoy!

Beautiful. I like how you captured the action and the play of light and shade in this one. Can't wait to see the next one. Great job.

Hi Sujit...Everytime I see your profile picture, I can hear the click on your camera..you got me. LOL

Thanks for your comments. I can't believe all of the subjects there are just with the city of Chicago. I have so many ideas in my head that want to come out. Keep coming back to see what comes out next.

What a fun painting! It showcases this perfect time of year when we emerge from our winter habitats and venture back outside. Can't wait to see more of these from you!

Thanks Elizabeth. It was a fun painting to paint. I, too, am excited about spring/summer coming to be out more and to get back up to the city. There will be more Chicago scenes coming. And there will be more flower paintings once I get them planted and they start growing. lol
